2023 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 

LOOK: Bright ruby red with delicate garnet edges

SMELL: Floral notes with strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, complemented by nettle and earthy undertones.

TASTE: Bright and pretty with strawberry, raspberry and red cherry flavours, balanced by savoury and earthy elements with gentle tannins.

PERFECT WITH: Duck, Salmon, mushroom dishes, soft cheeses, or lighter game meats

JOSEPHINE'S NOTES: This is my first attempt at Pinot Noir under the Full Circle label, and it lived up to all the hype about why winemakers love and hate making Pinot Noir!.  There were times in the process where this wine bought me great joy and I thought I was such an amazing wine maker, and other times where it nearly bought me to tears.  It's a lighter style Yarra Valley Pinot - still not my favourite wine, but the customers seem to love it and keep buying it!  Sometimes the wines that challenge us the most ... why don't you try it for yourself and you be the judge ?
